How long does the design process usually last?
The speed of design depends mostly on how fast you can provide our designers information for your website. If you have all of your info ready to publish, we can have your website finished within roughly two weeks.

Can I see previews of the site as it is being built?
Yes - Our designers will show you their work as they add different things to your website. As the design continues, you will be able to critique their work and specify things such as colors, font types, etc.

What if I decide I don't like your work after the design has begun?
If for any reason you would decide to end the design process, you will be charged for the amount of design labor up to that point, and the design contract will be mutually canceled.

Why are you listed as freelance designers?
We are an independent team of web designers who have been involved in extensive graphic and web design for almost six years. We are not contracted with website projects by anyone else - we find and pursue our own sales leads and make it our goal to establish a professional, friendly relationship with you as our client.

What is involved in your Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Our websites are optimized with all the proper keywords, page descriptions, page titles, and headings that the search engines look for. In addition, your website will be automatically submitted to all of the major search engines for indexing at least once every month. All of this SEO is included in both the Value and Deluxe website packages.

Do you host your own websites?
No; all of our websites are hosted remotely through a trusted third-party hosting company. Our web host guarantees 99.9% uptime and enables us to offer you plenty of online storage space and monthly traffic. Most web designers make the customer find his own web host, but we choose to take care of that for you.
