CTMS is a firm believer in the Golden Rule - We will give to you no less than we would desire.

Our aim is that you will be completely satisfied with your new website. We will design every specification you may have to the fullest of our ability here at CTMS.

Yearly charges are compiled into one annual invoice for the client. This is typically due the month in which the website was originally designed. If your website was completed in January of 2007, one hosting payment would be due at the completion of the website to cover the coming year of 2007 - then another in January 2008, and so on.

In the event that you would want to cancel your website package, the payment for that year cannot be undone, as it has already been sent to our web host. According to the previous scenario - If you canceled your package in May 2007, you have already paid us for that year - Payment would not be due the following January 2008, and the website would be removed from the host / domain.
